How long is my work guaranteed for?
Most workshops never publish this. We do, because transparent warranty periods are the clearest way to show we mean it. Whatever we carry out, you are covered for the workmanship and the parts we supply and fit.
- Tunes and general servicing - you are covered for 6 months or 10,000km.
- Brakes - you are covered for 12 months or 24,000km.
- Driveline and transmission - you are covered for 12 months or 20,000km.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers our workmanship and the parts we supply and fit, subject to the work being used as intended. A couple of honest caveats that protect you and us: an off-road delete tune is not warranted for on-road use, and an over-fuelled tune fitted without an exhaust gas temperature sensor can void warranty on related repairs. That is exactly why we tune the honest way and fit EGT monitoring.
