Diesel tuning by make and model
We tune common-rail diesel utes, wagons, vans and 4WDs across 21 makes, from the Ranger and Hilux that fill the workshop most weeks through to European wagons and light commercials. Find yours below and tell us how you actually use it, towing, touring, work or daily driving, and we will tell you honestly what a tune will and will not do for it.
Every tune is written and verified on our own chassis dyno rather than flashed from a generic file, and your factory map is saved first so the vehicle can always be returned to standard. If your vehicle is not listed, that does not mean we cannot do it, so send us the details and we will confirm.

Why the vehicle matters
2 utes with the same badge can need completely different work. A Ranger that tows a van every weekend wants torque low in the range and cool exhaust gas temperatures under load, while the same Ranger doing school runs wants drivability and economy. The engine, the transmission, the year and the way you drive all change the map, which is why we do not sell a one-size file per model.
It is also why we fit an exhaust gas temperature sensor and monitor it. Over-fuelling without one can damage an engine and void warranty on related repairs, so the safe result matters more than the biggest number on a graph.
Tuning FAQs
Almost certainly. The list covers what we are asked for most, not the limit of what we can do. Tell us the make, model, year and engine and we will confirm whether a custom remap or a plug-in module is the right path for it.
Custom ECU remapping starts from $1,495. The final figure depends on your vehicle and whether supporting work such as an EGT sensor or exhaust is included. We quote your vehicle once we know how you actually use it.
Yes. Every tune is written and load-verified on our in-house chassis dyno, not flashed from a generic file bought online. We see real airflow, fuelling and exhaust gas temperatures under load and dial the map to your vehicle.
Yes. We save your factory map before any changes, so the vehicle can be returned to standard at any time. That is part of tuning a diesel properly rather than overwriting the original calibration with no way back.
Some later diesels cannot be safely remapped. In those cases we fit a tested Uni-Chip or ECU=Shop module instead, so you still get a real, dyno-verified result. We are an authorised dealer and tuner for both.
